Feedchem India Limited is looking for a responsible and experienced Plant Supervisor to supervise daily resin plant operations, production activities, and manpower. The responsibilities include monitoring the resin manufacturing process, including raw material charging, mixing, heating, temperature control, and batch processing; ensuring production targets, product quality, and batch specifications are achieved; monitoring raw material consumption, production yield, and process losses; maintaining batch-wise production records, logbooks, and material consumption reports; ensuring proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products; following plant safety procedures, PPE requirements,



and housekeeping standards; coordinating with the Quality Control, Maintenance, Stores, and Production departments; monitoring plant equipment and reporting breakdowns or abnormalities; and ensuring compliance with applicable safety and environmental requirements. Candidates should have a B.Sc. in Chemistry or a Diploma in Chemistry, 1–2 years of experience in a chemical plant, and basic knowledge of MS Office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
