– PLANT SUPERVISOR

Department: Plant Operations

Reporting To: Plant Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Job Purpose To supervise daily plant activities, maintain accurate records of material input and production output, ensure workers complete their duties properly and on time, and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily records of raw material input, weight, production output, and material movement.
- Record worker attendance, work allocation, and task completion.
- Supervise and guide workers to ensure proper and timely execution of assigned duties.
- Monitor plant operations, machinery status, and housekeeping.
- Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Identify and report operational issues, delays, breakdowns, and safety concerns.
- Prepare and submit daily reports to management, including input/output data and work progress.
- Maintain accurate registers, records,



and Excel reports as required.
- Coordinate with the Plant Manager to ensure smooth plant operations.

Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience in plant operations or supervision is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Positive communication, documentation, and workforce management skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

- Proper safety compliance and housekeeping.
- Timely reporting of all important plant activities and issues.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
