- Supervise daily aggregate crushing plant operations.
- Monitor production targets and aggregate quality.
- Manage workers, operators, and shift activities.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of plant machinery.
- Follow workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with management for smooth plant operations.
Required Experience: 2–5 years in a stone crusher, quarry, or aggregate plant. Preferred Skills: Plant operations, manpower management, production monitoring, and basic machinery troubleshooting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
