Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Plant Head to independently manage a ₹100 crore+ manufacturing plant, overseeing production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, plant administration, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end plant operations, production planning, and dispatch.
- Drive TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO, 5S, and cost optimization.
- Handle manpower, contract labor, trade unions, and industrial relations.
- Ensure statutory, labor, environmental, and safety compliance.
- Manage vendors, raw materials, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
- Monitor plant KPIs, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Must-Have Skills:

- 15+ years in electrical hardware manufacturing.
- Experience independently managing a ₹100 crore+ plant.
- Robust expertise in production, plant operations, and cost control.
- Proven experience in union handling, labor relations, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
