- Lead end-to-end plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, stores, logistics, and dispatch.
- Manage production planning, raw material availability, resource utilization, productivity, and cost control.
- Drive TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, ISO standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle large workforces, contract labour, trade unions, industrial relations, and employee grievances.
- Manage vendor coordination, supplier performance, component quality, and timely material availability.
- Ensure statutory, factory, labour, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Monitor plant KPIs, OEE, quality targets, breakdowns, and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with local government authorities and ensure smooth plant administration.

Candidate Requirements:



15+ years of experience in electrical hardware manufacturing.

Proven track record of independently managing a ₹100 Cr+ plant.

Robust expertise in production management, TPM, Six Sigma, Lean, and ISO systems.

Excellent leadership, union handling, vendor management, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
