Job Purpose To lead and manage the entire Plant HR and Administration function as a strategic business partner to plant leadership, ensuring alignment of people strategies with business objectives, operational excellence, workforce productivity, talent development, employee engagement, industrial harmony, and statutory compliance.
The role will be responsible for driving the HR Business Partnering (HRBP) agenda, talent management, succession planning, performance management, industrial relations, workforce planning, employee relations, HR operations, administration, and organizational development. The position will ensure effective deployment of HR policies, processes, and systems while building a high-performance culture, developing organizational capabilities, managing workforce costs, and maintaining a compliant, safe, and productive work setting.
