Manager:

· Planning and organizing production schedules

· Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements

· Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.

· Monitor production to resolve issues

· Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.

· Overview of quality control standards

· Re-negotiating timescales or schedule as necessary.

· Ensuring output meets the quality standards

· Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)

· Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)

· Organizing relevant training sessions

· Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials

· Overseeing production processes

· Communicate with clients for orders,



dispatching the goods on time.

· Solving transport related issues.
