Reports To: Financial Controller Functional); Plant Head (Administrative)
Team Size: ~3-4 per plant
Position Overview: Manages plant-level accounting, cost control, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain plant accounts and vendor payments.
- Monitor material, utility, and yield variances.
- Manage plant budgets and cost controls.
- Ensure GST/TDS and local statutory compliance.
- Support audits and monthly closures.
Profile
- Qualification: CA / CMA / M.Com.
- Experience: 8 -12 years in plant finance.
- Traits: Hands-on, disciplined, operationally astute.
