Responsibilities

- Experience in greenfield projects involving the setup of new manufacturing plants.

- Knowledge of Industrial Engineering concepts such as Layout Planning, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Lean 3P Events, and Capacity Calculations.

- Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD for developing plant layouts from concept through detailed design.

- Knowledge of plant design, equipment selection, and the installation of utilities, including water lines, air lines, chillers, vacuum lines, ETPs, electrical systems, compressors, cooling towers, firefighting systems, and HVAC systems.

- Electrical engineering knowledge will be an added advantage.





- Fire and safety knowledge related to plant setup will be an added advantage.

- Coordination with clients, architects and civil engineering teams during the design and execution phases of current plant projects.

- Knowledge of 3D design tools will be an added advantage.

- Localization of customer equipment.

- Development and management of new vendors.

- Optimization of processes and costs through innovative ideas and the adoption of new technologies.

Skill Sets

- Proficiency in AutoCAD.

- Experience with SketchUp, BIM, or SolidWorks will be an added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of Plant Design &
- Engineering for greenfield project execution.

- Knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles.

- Experience in preparing budgets, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), technical notes, scope of supply documents, technical comparison statements, and vendor evaluations/finalization.

- Ability to work with multiple customers, contractors, design teams, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met and customer expectations are achieved.
