About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Placement Officer to strengthen industry partnerships and facilitate employment opportunities for students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employer engagement, placement drives, internship opportunities, and ensuring successful student placements through effective coordination with companies and students.

Key Responsibilities

- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and virtual hiring events.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers and corporate partners.
- Guide students on career opportunities, job search, resumes, and interviews.
- Conduct employability and career guidance sessions.
- Maintain student/employer databases and placement records.




- Track placement activities, participation, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with academic, training, and management teams.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong networking and corporate coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in placements, recruitment, HR, or business development preferred.
