We are looking for an experienced Placement Manager to manage student placements, develop corporate relationships, and create employment opportunities for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with companies and corporate recruiters.
- Identify job openings, internships, and placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, and placement activities.
- Conduct mock interviews and coordinate placement training sessions.
- Achieve placement targets and maintain placement records.
- Coordinate with HR teams and hiring managers to meet recruitment requirements.
- Guide students on resume preparation,
interview skills, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with employers and track student placement progress.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in placement management, campus recruitment, or corporate relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and industry requirements.
- Strong organizational and target-achievement skills.
- Ability to build and maintain corporate partnerships.
- Candidates must be available for immediate joining.
