Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Placement Coordinator with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in the EdTech industry. The candidate must have prior experience working in an established company, preferably in an EdTech or training organization.

The primary responsibility will be to coordinate with students enrolled in our training programs, monitor their attendance and class participation, conduct regular follow-ups, track course progress, and coordinate payment-related activities to ensure smooth execution of the training programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with students enrolled in various training programs and maintain regular communication with them.
- Follow up with students regarding class attendance, participation, and course completion.
- Monitor whether students attend their scheduled classes and follow up on absences or missed sessions.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure classes are conducted as scheduled.
- Track student progress, engagement, and course completion status.
- Coordinate with students regarding course fees, pending payments, instalments, and payment gateway-related issues.
- Follow up on failed transactions, pending payments, refunds, and other payment-related queries in coordination with the relevant team.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, payment status, follow-ups, and course progress.
- Handle student queries and resolve routine coordination issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare regular reports on student attendance, engagement,



payment collection status, and course progress.
- Coordinate with the placement and training teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and proper documentation of all student-related activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience in the EdTech industry.
- Candidates must have prior experience working in a company, preferably in an established EdTech, online training, or education services organization.
- Experience in student coordination, training coordination, placement coordination, or student success operations is preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of online payment gateways, fee collection processes, and payment tracking.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple students and tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with hands-on experience in an EdTech environment will be given preference.
- Experience coordinating students, trainers, classes, and payment-related activities is highly preferred.
- Candidates from general sales backgrounds without relevant EdTech or student coordination experience will not be considered.

Important Requirement Candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years of relevant EdTech industry experience. Candidates without relevant EdTech company experience should not apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
