- Blueprint &
- ISO Interpretation:

Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, structural layouts, and isometric diagrams to accurately calculate material requirements and system specifications.

- Fabrication &

- Layout:

Measure, mark, cut, thread, and bevel carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, PVC, and alloy pipes according to exact dimensional metrics.

- Pipe Bending &

- Assembly:

Set up and operate manual, hydraulic, or CNC pipe-bending machines to shape metal and plastic pipes without compromising structural integrity.

- Tack Welding &

- Fit-Up:

Securely fit and position pipe joints, flanges, and supports using tack welding (TIG/MIG/Arc) to prepare assemblies for certified production welders.

- System Installation: Position and secure pre-fabricated pipe spools, valves,



and structural hangers onto high-pressure processing equipment, boilers, and tanks.

- Testing &

- Inspection:

Conduct rigorous hydrostatic, pneumatic, and nitrogen pressure tests to check for system leaks, tracking performance against engineering safety thresholds.

- Maintenance &

- Repair:

Diagnose, remove, and replace worn out or faulty pipelines, valves, and traps within operational production facilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
