MBBS with DCH/ MD / DNB in Pediatrics
13 years of relevant experience in Pediatric Intensive Care / PICU
Shifts : Rotational
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU.
- Manage pediatric emergencies and critical care cases.
- Conduct patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing monitoring.
- Manage ventilated and critically ill patients, including appropriate escalation of care.
- Perform and interpret relevant clinical investigations.
- Coordinate with pediatricians, consultants, nursing staff, and other multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in emergency response, resuscitation, and stabilization of critically ill children.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and infection prevention practices.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality initiatives, training, and departmental activities.
