Role Description The Placement Coordinator role at Cnear is a full-time remote position focused on supporting partner institutions in managing their placement and campus engagement activities. In this role, the coordinator will liaise between university placement cells, students, and recruiting organizations to ensure smooth execution of placement drives and related processes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding institutions on platform usage, coordinating schedules and communication for drives, tracking placement activities and outcomes, and responding to inquiries from stakeholders.



The coordinator will also help collect and organize placement data, support training or onboarding sessions for users, and provide feedback to internal teams to improve features and services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build collaborative relationships with students, institutional staff, and recruiters.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to convey information effectively through email, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Candidates should possess Education or academic sector understanding, with familiarity in campus placement processes or student career services.
- Candidates should possess Recruiting-related skills, such as coordinating with hiring teams, managing candidate pipelines, or supporting recruitment events.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, strong organizational and time-management skills, and comfort working with digital tools and platforms.
- Experience in career services, placement cells, HR, or EdTech is beneficial, along with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
