A picker packer is a key warehouse role responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory (picking) and preparing them for shipment (packing). They ensure customer orders are correct, secure, and shipped on time while maintaining inventory records and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Order Fulfillment: Locate and collect items from warehouse shelves or storage areas based on order sheets or scanners.

- Packaging: Inspect items for damage and pack them securely into containers to prevent damage during transit.

- Labeling: Apply correct shipping labels, barcodes, and tracking information to packages.

- Inventory Control: Update inventory systems, conduct cycle counts, and report shortages.

- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift, push, or pull heavy items for long periods.

- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in selecting the correct items and quantity.

- Time Management: Ability to meet daily quotas in a fast-paced workplace.

- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with handheld scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or automated systems.

- Basic Math/English: Ability to read order forms and conduct inventory counts.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
