About the Role

Promet Prep is seeking an experienced and English-fluent Physiotherapy Trainer to develop and deliver high-quality examination preparation programs for physiotherapists pursuing qualified licensure in the GCC region.

The role covers preparation for the DHA (Dubai), DOH/HAAD (Abu Dhabi), MOH UAE, Saudi Prometric/SCFHS, Qatar Prometric, and Oman Prometric/OMSB licensing examinations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge, relevant teaching or training experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex physiotherapy concepts into clear, structured, and exam-oriented learning content.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured training sessions based on the established academic curriculum and learning modules.
- Identify and prioritize high-yield topics aligned with the relevant physiotherapy licensing examination syllabi.
- Record clear, engaging, and well-structured topic-wise video lectures for examination candidates.
- Develop exam-oriented learning sessions incorporating multiple-choice questions (MCQs), clinical case scenarios, and evidence-based explanations.
- Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations, workbooks, revision notes, question banks, and other supplementary learning materials.




- Review and update educational content in line with changes to examination syllabi, clinical guidelines, and licensing requirements.
- Re-record selected lectures whenever necessary to maintain the accuracy and relevance of the training content.
- Contribute to the development of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs.
- Participate in educational videos, podcasts, webinars, interviews, and clinical awareness initiatives.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of physiotherapy training programs.
- Support faculty-led educational initiatives and the ongoing development of digital learning resources.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT, MPT, or DPT) from a recognized institution.

• Valid professional registration or physiotherapy license in the relevant jurisdiction.

- Relevant clinical experience and/or experience in teaching, academic training, or examination preparation.
- Strong knowledge of core physiotherapy subjects, clinical assessment, rehabilitation principles, and evidence-based practice.

• Familiarity with GCC physiotherapy licensing examinations, including DHA, DOH/HAAD, MOH UAE, SCFHS/Saudi Prometric, QCHP/Qatar, or OMSB/Oman.

• Excellent English proficiency , with the ability to explain complex clinical concepts clearly and effectively.

- Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence in delivering recorded lectures on camera.
- Ability to develop structured academic content, PowerPoint presentations, workbooks, MCQs, and case-based learning materials.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and meet agreed academic deliverables and recording schedules.
