Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Physiotherapist role based in Bengaluru, with a combination of in-clinic work at FlexAbility branches and some work-from-home responsibilities for follow-ups, documentation, and teleconsultations. Day-to-day tasks include assessing patients’ physical conditions, conducting detailed musculoskeletal and neurological evaluations, and developing individualized treatment plans.

The role involves delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, guiding patients through exercise programs, manual therapy, and rehabilitation protocols, and monitoring progress over time. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, maintain accurate clinical records,



educate patients on injury prevention and self-management, and contribute to continuous improvement of clinic protocols and patient experience.

Qualifications

- Professional qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution; valid registration with relevant physiotherapy council or licensing body.
- Clinical skills: Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning capabilities in musculoskeletal, sports, and post-surgical rehabilitation; familiarity with neurological rehabilitation principles.
- Technical and therapeutic skills: Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, electrotherapy modalities, and use of rehabilitation equipment and technology.
- Patient care and communication: Ability to provide empathetic, patient-centered care; clear communication of treatment plans; solid counseling and education skills for diverse patient groups.
- Collaboration and documentation: Experience working in multidisciplinary teams; accurate clinical documentation; ability to manage caseloads and maintain organized patient records.
- Additional preferred skills: Experience with sports rehabilitation or athletic populations, interest in evidence-based practice and continuous learning, and comfort with telehealth or digital health tools.
