Physical Test Trainer – Police Exam Coaching

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

WeShine Academy is looking for a dedicated and energetic Physical Test Trainer to train candidates preparing for police recruitment examinations, including TNUSRB SI and Police Constable (PC).

Responsibilities

- Train candidates for police physical efficiency tests and physical measurement tests.
- Conduct running practice, endurance training, and fitness exercises.
- Guide candidates in improving stamina, speed, strength, and overall fitness.
- Prepare candidates according to the physical test requirements of police recruitment.
- Monitor candidates' progress and provide individual guidance.
- Maintain discipline and ensure safe training practices.





Requirements
- Experience in physical training, athletics, sports, or police physical test coaching is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of police recruitment physical test requirements.
- Strong communication, motivation, and candidate-handling skills.
- Freshers with relevant sports or fitness experience may also apply.
