JOB VACANCY – PHLEBOTOMIST Position: Phlebotomist / Blood Collection Staff Job Responsibilities: Perform blood collection safely and accurately from patients. Handle vacutainers, needles and other sample collection materials correctly. Properly label, handle and transport blood and other diagnostic samples. Follow all hygiene, infection-control and safety procedures. Provide polite and professional service to patients. Handle home sample collection professionally and punctually, if required. Maintain proper patient and sample records. Coordinate with the laboratory team regarding sample collection and transportation. Report any sample collection or patient-related issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of collection equipment. Required Skills: Positive blood collection/phlebotomy skills.



Good communication and patient-handling skills. Knowledge of sample tubes and basic laboratory procedures. Ability to work independently. Punctual, responsible and well-mannered. Willingness to travel for home collections, if required. Qualification: DMLT / BMLT / Phlebotomy certification or relevant experience preferred. Experience: Freshers may apply if properly trained.
