Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collect blood samples from patients in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of collected samples to the laboratory.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, test results, and sample collection details.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve any issues related to sample collection or testing.
Job Requirements :
- 0-8 years of experience in phlebotomy or CMLT (Certified Medical Laboratory Technician).
- Strong knowledge of DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in accessioning, lab testing, MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology), phlebotomy, and sample collection procedures.
