Pharmacy Supervisor Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily pharmacy operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave, shifts and manpower deployment.
- Allocate duties and maintain staff discipline and productivity.
- Supervise billing, dispensing, customer service and cash handling.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, expiry and FEFO compliance.
- Coordinate purchases, vendors, returns and stock shortages.
- Resolve day-to-day staff, customer and operational issues.
- Ensure pharmacy compliance, documentation and SOP adherence.
- Monitor sales, operational performance and daily reports.
- Coordinate with HR and management on employee and operational matters.

Must have experience to handle 2 to 3 pharmacy store
