Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Pharmacist to support our herbal and healthcare product operations. The candidate will be responsible for product knowledge, customer guidance, sales support, stock management, and ensuring proper handling of medicines and herbal products.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding herbal and healthcare products.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products within professional and company guidelines.

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Support the BDE/Sales team in converting enquiries into sales.

- Maintain proper records of products, sales, customer enquiries, and follow-ups.

- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, batch details, and product availability.

- Ensure medicines and products are stored and handled properly.

- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for product requirements and customer orders.

- Maintain professional communication with customers and provide appropriate product-related information.





- Follow company policies, safety standards, and applicable pharmacy regulations.

- Assist in preparing product information and training materials for the sales team.

- Report customer feedback, product-related concerns, and stock issues to management.

- Achieve assigned sales and customer service targets when applicable.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of medicines, herbal products, and basic pharmacy practices.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.

- Ability to handle customer enquiries professionally.

- Good teamwork and coordination skills.

- Strong attention to detail and responsibility.

Qualification

- D.Pharm / B.Pharm or equivalent recognized qualification.

- Valid pharmacist registration, where required by applicable regulations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
