Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Photographer & Videographer who can capture high-quality photographs and videos for the company's marketing, social media, products, events, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct professional photo shoots for products, employees, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Capture high-quality photographs according to the company's branding and creative requirements.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting equipment, backdrops, and other photography equipment.
- Coordinate with the marketing, design, and content teams to understand photography requirements.
- Edit and retouch photographs using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software.
- Ensure photographs are properly organized, named, stored, and backed up.
- Select and prepare the best photographs for websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Assist in creating creative visual content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and take proper care of photography equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest photography techniques, trends, equipment, and editing tools.
- Manage photography assignments and complete projects within agreed timelines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of photography techniques, composition, lighting, and camera settings.
- Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and related equipment.
- Good photo editing and retouching skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop,



Lightroom, or similar editing software.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple assignments.
- Strong visual sense and ability to tell stories through photographs.
- Knowledge of videography and video editing is must

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Photography and videography, Visual Arts, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant photography certifications or a strong professional portfolio will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Quality and creativity of photographs and videos produced.
- Timely completion of photography / videography assignments.
- Quality of photo and video editing and retouching.
- Alignment of visual content with company branding.
- Quantity and effectiveness of usable visual assets.
- Internal team and client satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate A creative, detail-oriented, and passionate photographer with strong technical skills, a good understanding of visual aesthetics, and the ability to produce professional-quality photographs for various business and marketing requirements. Salary: ₹ 20,000/- to ₹ 25,000 per month + incentives

Location: Reporting office – Baner, Pune Work Location – Pan Maharashtra

Working Days: [6 days] office time: 10 AM to 7 PM
