Profile: Pricing Analyst

About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations & Pricing Analyst Intern to work closely with the COO. The intern will primarily support inventory pricing analysis, cost tracking, and operational reporting, while also assisting with procurement-related data and coordination when required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has robust Excel skills, and wants hands-on exposure to operations, pricing strategy, and supply chain decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Pricing & Inventory Analysis

- Analyse inventory pricing and cost data to identify trends and margin opportunities.
- Build and maintain Excel models, dashboards, and pricing trackers.
- Monitor cost fluctuations, margins, and pricing performance across inventory.
- Assist in developing pricing insights and optimization recommendations. Operational & Strategic Support
- Work closely with the COO on data-driven operational analysis and reporting.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on inventory, pricing, and operational metrics.
- Improve and automate Excel-based reporting processes.



Procurement Support (Secondary Responsibility)
- Assist with vendor price comparisons and procurement data tracking.
- Maintain procurement records and update purchase and pricing databases.
- Support basic vendor coordination and purchase tracking when required. Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Organized and comfortable handling operational data and processes. Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Data Analytics.
- Prior experience or coursework in operations, procurement, or pricing analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Power BI, or basic SQL is a plus. What Youll Gain
