Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain progressive press tools for sheet metal components.

- Set up press machines, adjust parameters, and ensure smooth production runs.

- Conduct tool changeovers, alignments, and minor troubleshooting.

- Perform in-process inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

- Support preventive maintenance activities for press tools and machines.

- Collaborate with quality and production teams to meet daily targets.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Hands-on experience in progressive tool operation (15 years).

- Knowledge of press machine setup, tool alignment, and safety practices.





- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge).

- Basic understanding of tool maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Tool & Die, or related field.

- Candidates with progressive tool press shop experience preferred.

Employment Details

- Job Type: Full time, Company payroll

- Salary Range: 20,000 30,000 per month
