We are looking for a Preschool Teacher to join our team at a Reputed Preschool with a robust background in preprimary or primary education(0-6 yrs). This role will be responsible to develop lesson plans and teach students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and interactive lessons based on the preschool curriculum.

- Use Play-Way, Montessori, and activity-based teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and effective.

- Assess, track, and document students’ academic, social, emotional, and developmental progress.

- Provide constructive feedback and encourage students through positive reinforcement.

- Foster interactive, collaborative, and experiential learning in the classroom.

- Create a warm, inclusive, safe, and positive learning environment for all children.

- Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

- Encourage creativity, curiosity, communication,



and independent thinking among students.

- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding students’ progress and development.

- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to plan and implement classroom activities and events.

- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure adherence to the preschool’s safety and child-care standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
