Presales Manager - IT Infrastructure (Network & DC Sol.)

Specialization: Network & Data Center Solutions Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 10–15 Years preferred

Tech9Labs is looking for an experienced Presales Manager / Solution Architect – IT Infrastructure with strong experience working within the System Integration ecosystem. This is a hands-on Solution Architecture role requiring the candidate to understand customer environments, architect integrated multi-OEM solutions and manage the complete enterprise Presales lifecycle.

Core Requirements

Strong SI-level Presales / Solution Architecture experience. Robust expertise across Enterprise Networking and Data Center Infrastructure Understanding of Servers, Storage, HCI, Virtualization, Backup, DR and Data Center technologies.

Strong Networking knowledge covering LAN/WAN, Routing/Switching, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi and Data Center Networking Ability to understand an existing customer environment and architect an end-to-end solution.

Strong multi-OEM integration capability, Experience preparing architecture, HLD, BoM/BoQ, sizing and technical proposals.

Strong RFP/RFQ, compliance and tender-response experience. Ability to independently conduct customer discovery and technical presentations.

Experience managing OEM technical teams, distributors and Presales resources Ability to conduct / coordinate workshops, assessments and POCs.





Understanding of licensing, support, subscriptions, TCO and commercial implications of architecture Working knowledge of Hybrid Cloud and Cloud integration.

Experience conducting technical handover to implementation / delivery teams Strong documentation and communication skills.

Ability to mentor junior Presales resources Relevant OEM Exposure Exposure to multiple enterprise OEM ecosystems such as: Cisco | HPE | Dell | IBM | Lenovo | Nutanix | VMware/Broadcom | Red Hat | NetApp | Pure Storage | Hitachi Vantara | Commvault | Veeam | F5 | Fortinet | Microsoft | AWS Expertise across every OEM is not required.

We are specifically looking for candidates who know how to architect and integrate different technologies, rather than specialists limited to configuring a single OEM portfolio. SI Process Knowledge – Mandatory Candidate should understand the complete Presales lifecycle: Discovery → Assessment → Qualification → Architecture → Sizing → OEM Selection → BoM/BoQ → Validation → Proposal → Compliance → POC → Technical Closure → Delivery Handover

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
