About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining relevant projects, qualifying leads, and generating site visits and sales opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing leads generated through various marketing channels.

Understand customer requirements such as budget, preferred location, property type,

and purchase timeline.

Provide customers with relevant information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

Explain project USPs, amenities, location advantages, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.

Qualify leads based on customer interest, budget, and buying intent.

Generate and schedule site visits / meetings for qualified prospects.





Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain proper lead records.

Coordinate with the Sales team and hand over qualified leads for further conversion.

Update customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM/system.

Maintain a professional relationship with prospects throughout the pre-sales process.

Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.

Maintain knowledge of the company's projects, competitors, market trends, and locations.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Good Hindi and English communication.

Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.

Robust follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Sheets.

Prior experience in real estate pre-sales, telecalling, BPO, BFSI, hospitality, or sales will be an advantage.
