Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to connect with prospective clients, understand their commercial real estate requirements, and schedule meetings for our sales team. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and lead lists.
- Understand client requirements and share relevant property options.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Update call records and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.




- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and CRM tools is preferred.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
