Role Description The Presales and Technical Content Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves collaborating with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and translate complex Industry 4.0 solutions into clear, compelling presales materials.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing solution presentations, proposals, and technical documents; creating product and solution content such as brochures, case studies, white papers, and website copy; and supporting demos and proof-of-concept activities with structured documentation. The role also includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Ecubix products, relevant technologies (IIoT, ML, AI), and industry trends to ensure accuracy and relevance of all technical content. The executive will interact regularly with internal stakeholders and clients to refine messaging, respond to technical queries, and contribute to presales strategy.

Qualifications





- Strong technical communication skills, including the ability to explain complex Industry 4.0, IIoT, ML, and AI concepts in clear, customer-friendly language.
- Experience creating presales assets such as solution presentations, proposals, technical documentation, and product collateral for B2B technology or industrial solutions.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, including technical content writing, structuring documents, and editing for clarity and accuracy.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial domains, with the ability to map customer pain points to technology solutions.
- Comfort with office productivity and presentation tools (e.g., MS Office, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with CRM or sales enablement platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field; a degree in business or management with strong technical exposure is also acceptable.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail
