Role Description This is a full time, remote Pre Sales Associate role aligned to the US night shift.

The Pre Sales

Associate will engage with prospective learners and families, conduct initial outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings, and provide information about Bhanzu’s math programs and learning outcomes. The role involves qualifying leads, understanding learner needs, scheduling and managing demo sessions, and supporting potential customers through the decision-making process.

Associate will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve lead conversion,



maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and share feedback to refine messaging and campaigns. The position requires consistent night-shift availability to serve US-based prospects and a strong focus on delivering clear, empathetic, and consultative communication.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including confident spoken and written English and the ability to build rapport with learners and families.
- Customer engagement and sales support skills, such as lead qualification, handling objections, and guiding prospects through demos and next steps.
- Comfort with remote work tools and systems, including CRM platforms, video conferencing tools, and basic productivity software.
- Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and scheduled sessions across different time zones.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand learner needs, tailor recommendations, and share data-driven feedback with internal teams.
- Prior experience in inside sales, pre-sales, customer success, or education-related roles is beneficial.
- Willingness to work US night shifts and maintain consistent performance in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, education, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
