Position: Pre-Primary Teacher

We are looking for a caring, creative, energetic, and responsible Pre-Primary Teacher who can create a joyful and engaging learning setting for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct age-appropriate, activity-based learning for Pre-Nursery, Nursery, LKG and UKG.

Develop children’s language, communication, social, emotional, cognitive and motor skills.

Use rhymes, stories, music, art & craft, games, role play and hands-on activities to make learning enjoyable.

Maintain a safe, positive and child-friendly classroom environment.

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, classroom activities and learning resources.

Observe and assess children's learning and maintain proper academic records.

Support children in developing positive habits, manners, confidence and independence.

Maintain proper classroom discipline through positive and age-appropriate practices.

Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding the child’s progress.

Participate actively in school events, celebrations, activities and other academic programmes.

Coordinate with fellow teachers and management to ensure smooth classroom functioning.

Maintain cleanliness, organisation and appropriate classroom displays.

Desired Skills & Qualities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Warm, patient and compassionate attitude towards young children.

Creative approach to teaching and classroom activities.

Good command of spoken English.

Ability to manage a classroom effectively.





Basic knowledge of smart-class/digital teaching tools will be an advantage.

Presentable, punctual, responsible and professionally committed.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum qualification: Graduate / NTT / D.El.Ed. / B.Ed. or equivalent.

Prior experience in a pre-primary school will be preferred.

Freshers with the right attitude and strong communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
