- Stimulating Environment: Designing a welcoming classroom that promotes learning through play and exploration.

- Curriculum Development &
- Instruction: Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities focusing on early literacy, numeracy, and cognitive development.

- Social &

- Emotional Growth: Nurturing independence, patience, and kindness in children while resolving conflicts calmly.

- Behavior Management &

- Modelling: Setting clear behavioral expectations and acting as a role model for positive behavior.

- Observational Assessment: Tracking individual student progress to recognize developmental milestones, challenges, and unique learning styles.

- Parental Communication: Providing regular updates to parents regarding their child's development and behavior to ensure consistency between home and school.

- Physical &

- Motor Skill Development: Integrating activities that improve fine motor skills (drawing, crafts) and gross motor skills (physical games).

- Collaborative Teamwork: Working with other staff members and educators to maintain a cohesive educational workplace.
