Role Purpose The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, joyful, and stimulating learning environment that supports the emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development of young learners through play-based and experiential learning methods.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum goals.
- Use play-way, activity-based, and experiential teaching methods.
- Develop early literacy, numeracy, communication, and motor skills.
- Conduct storytelling, rhymes, phonics, art, and creative activities.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent thinking.

Classroom Management

- Maintain a warm, secure, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Establish daily routines and positive discipline practices.




- Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Monitor children during class, recess, and activities.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
- Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECCE / NTT / Montessori Training preferred)

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in pre-primary teaching preferred
- (Freshers with relevant training may apply)

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
