- A passion for children, an obsession for quality, solid communication skills.

- Candidates should preferably be Graduates with a pleasing personality, boundless energy and enthusiasm to work with children, parents, teachers and management.

- Teachers with a diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and experience in pre-school teaching, Montessori or Certificate in Childcare and Development (CCCD) creating or the use of innovative teaching methods, international curriculum etc. will be preferred.

- Passionate freshers (1-3 yrs experience as a pre-school teacher) with excellent communication skills, if selected, will be imparted the requisite on-the-job training,
