PR & Content Manager - 5+ Years - Mumbai

We are looking for a dynamic PR & Content Manager to drive public relations, media engagement, corporate communications and content strategy for a growing organisation in the general insurance sector. The role will focus on strengthening brand visibility, building corporate reputation, developing thought leadership and creating compelling narratives around business strategy, products, technology and customer experience.

Location - Mumbai.

Responsibilities -

1. Develop and execute PR strategies, media plans and corporate communication initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.
2. Build and maintain relationships with business, financial services, insurance, technology and mainstream media.
3. Prepare press releases, media pitches, briefing notes, Q&As;, leadership talking points and corporate announcements.
4. Develop corporate messaging frameworks and ensure consistency across media, social media, website and external communications.
5. Create content strategies and calendars covering thought leadership, industry insights, leadership communication, product stories, blogs, articles, newsletters and website content.
6. Manage PR agencies and external content partners, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
7. Identify industry awards, speaking engagements, conferences and opportunities to enhance leadership visibility.
8. Collaborate with marketing, digital, social, product, HR and business teams while ensuring appropriate approvals and regulatory compliance.

Requirements -

1. 5-8 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, content marketing or integrated communications.
2. Strong experience in media relations,



PR strategy and campaign execution.
3. Experience working with leading PR agencies and/or in-house corporate communications teams.
4. Excellent writing, storytelling, editing and verbal communication skills.
5. Understanding of business, financial services, insurance or technology-related communications is preferred.
