Job Overview

Brand Bulls is looking for a result-driven PPC Manager to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign strategy, audience targeting, lead generation, and ROI optimization. The role primarily focuses on paid marketing while also supporting SEO activities such as keyword optimization, landing page improvements, and website content coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Create audience targeting strategies including remarketing and lookalike audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
- Manage ad budgets and scale high-performing campaigns.
- Generate quality leads and improve campaign ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Develop funnel-based marketing strategies for customer acquisition.

SEO & Website Support

- Support on-page SEO activities and keyword optimization.




- Coordinate SEO-friendly content for landing pages and websites.
- Assist in WordPress website management and content updates.
- Improve website and landing page performance for better conversions.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience in PPC campaign optimization and reporting.
- Understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and retargeting.
- Basic SEO and keyword research understanding.
- Familiarity with WordPress and landing page optimization.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Tools Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Keyword Planner, WordPress, Canva, SEMrush, Ahrefs

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Google Ads or Meta certifications preferred.
