Role & responsibilities - PPC Executive

- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements.

- Prepare and monitor production schedules to ensure timely execution.

- Coordinate with moulding, assembly, maintenance, quality, stores, and dispatch teams.

- Monitor machine loading, capacity utilization, and production efficiency.

- Track production progress and resolve bottlenecks affecting schedules.

- Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and bought-out components.

- Maintain optimum inventory levels and minimize stock shortages.

- Analyze production data and prepare MIS reports for management review.

- Monitor adherence to production targets, delivery commitments, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with procurement for material planning and vendor follow-up.





- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce lead times.

- Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders for schedule changes and urgent requirements.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

Preferred candidate profile -

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

- 812 years of experience in PPC within Plastic Injection Moulding or Manufacturing Industry.

- Solid knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.

- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP,, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).

- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

- Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
