Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized PPC Executive to manage production planning, scheduling, material coordination, and timely execution of production activities. The candidate will coordinate with production, purchase, stores, quality, and dispatch departments to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and on-time delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Monitor production progress and ensure achievement of daily production targets.
- Coordinate with purchase and stores departments to ensure the availability of raw materials and components.
- Follow up on material shortages and take corrective action to avoid production delays.
- Maintain production planning reports, work orders, and manufacturing schedules.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
- Track work-in-progress (WIP), pending orders, and finished goods status.
- Monitor machine and manpower utilization to improve production efficiency.
- Ensure timely completion of customer orders as per delivery commitments.
- Prepare daily production reports and update management on production status.




- Identify production bottlenecks and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow company procedures and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in PPC, production planning, or manufacturing operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, production reports, inventory control, and material planning.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet production deadlines.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems will be an added advantage.

- Improved production efficiency and resource utilization.

Working Schedule Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM The employee is expected to follow company rules, maintain discipline, coordinate effectively with all departments, and contribute to achieving production and delivery targets.
