We are looking for skilled professionals with 1 to 10 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development to design, develop, implement and maintain business applications and automation solutions. The role involves working with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Power Pages, Copilot Studio and AI Builder to deliver scalable business solutions. Candidates may be considered for Developer, Consultant, Senior Developer, Technical Lead or Solution Architect positions based on their experience and technical expertise.

The CTC ranges from 9 to 40 LPA, depending on the role, skills and experience. Work mode will be Remote or Hybrid, based on project requirements.

Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain business applications using Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Build automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules and security roles.
- Develop interactive dashboards, reports and data visualizations using Power BI.
- Build and maintain business websites and portals using Power Pages.
- Develop conversational AI solutions and copilots using Copilot Studio.
- Implement AI-powered business processes using AI Builder and Generative AI capabilities.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, SQL databases, Azure services and external systems.
- Develop and configure REST APIs and custom connectors for application integration.
- Apply Power Fx and other relevant development techniques to customize application functionality.
- Manage application lifecycle management (ALM), setting configurations, solution deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, testing, performance optimization and production support.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects and technical teams to understand requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation and follow development standards, security practices and governance guidelines.
- For senior and lead positions, provide technical guidance, review code, define solution architecture and support team delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1 to 10 years of experience in software development, Microsoft technologies or Power Platform development, depending on the position.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and SharePoint Online.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio and AI Builder will be an advantage.
- Experience with Power Fx, SQL, REST APIs, custom connectors and application integration.
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure, ALM, CI/CD pipelines, solution deployment and environment management.
- Familiarity with application security, performance optimization, troubleshooting and best development practices.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience with Generative AI and AI-powered automation is preferred for relevant positions.
- Candidates applying for Senior Developer, Technical Lead, Module Lead or Solution Architect roles should have relevant experience in solution design, technical leadership, code reviews and team coordination.
- Educational qualifications may include B.E., B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, BCA, B.Sc., MBA or other relevant graduate and postgraduate qualifications.
- Open to PAN India opportunities, with Remote or Hybrid work arrangements depending on the position and project requirements.
