Bachelor Program in Mechanical EngineeringDiploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)

Oversee daily operation and maintenance of steam turbines and associated auxiliary equipment. Plan and execute turbine overhauling, inspection, commissioning, and shutdown activities. Monitor turbine performance parameters and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement. Ensure compliance with safety standards, operating procedures, and statutory requirements. Coordinate with operations, maintenance, instrumentation, electrical, and planning teams. Analyze turbine trips, failures, vibrations, and operational issues, and implement corrective actions.



Manage manpower, contractors, and resources during maintenance and outage activities. Review maintenance records, technical reports, and equipment health assessments. Ensure availability of critical spare parts and maintenance tools. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major equipment failures and recommend preventive measures. Provide technical guidance and training to engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Prepare outage schedules, progress reports, and management presentations. Support performance testing, efficiency monitoring, and reliability improvement programs. Ensure adherence to quality standards during maintenance and overhaul activities.
