Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate Desktop and Power Apps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions and business applications to improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using

Power Automate Desktop (PAD)

.

- Develop and customize business applications using

Microsoft Power Apps

, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.

- Automate repetitive business processes using desktop flows and cloud flows.

- Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel, SQL Server, and other business applications.

- Work with APIs, connectors, and data sources to enable seamless application integration.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automation workflows and applications.

- Implement error handling, exception management, logging, and monitoring for automation solutions.

- Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams,



and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Follow development best practices, security guidelines, and governance standards.

- Prepare technical documentation and support testing, deployment, and production issues

Required Skills

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.

- Strong hands-on experience with

Power Automate Desktop and desktop flow development.

- Experience developing applications using

Power Apps

, especially Canvas Apps.

- Positive understanding of Power Automate cloud flows and workflow automation.

- Experience with SharePoint, Excel, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365 integrations.

- Knowledge of REST APIs, custom connectors, and data integration.

- Understanding of variables, loops, conditions, selectors, UI automation, and exception handling in PAD.

- Experience with application testing, debugging, deployment, and troubleshooting.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps.

- Experience with Power Platform solutions, environments, and environment variables.

- Familiarity with Power Platform governance, security, and access management.

- Knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Azure services is an added advantage.
