Bachelor Program in Mechanical EngineeringDiploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
Monitor and maintain all turbine instrumentation systems. Ensure proper functioning of pressure, temperature, vibration, speed, level, flow, and displacement sensors. Verify calibration and accuracy of field instruments. Prepare preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. Coordinate routine inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance. Manage instrumentation activities during turbine overhauls and shutdowns. Ensure timely replacement of defective instruments and control components. Maintain turbine control systems (DEH/EHC systems). Ensure reliability of turbine protection systems such as: Overspeed protection Bearing vibration protection Axial shift protection Differential expansion monitoring Low vacuum protection Lube oil protection systems Verify all protection interlocks and trip logics.
