Role Overview

As the Director – People & Culture, you will lead the end-to-end people strategy for a fast-growing global F&B; organisation, ensuring the business has the talent, culture, leadership capability, and HR infrastructure required to support rapid international expansion. You will act as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team, driving workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and organisational development across multiple brands and geographies. This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring scalable people practices, strong compliance, and a high-performance culture that enables sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and execute the People & Culture strategy aligned with Eatopia’s global expansion plans.
- Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition to support rapid outlet and market expansion.
- Build robust leadership and succession pipelines across brands and geographies.
- Drive performance management, productivity, retention,



engagement and rewards.
- Strengthen culture, values and employee experience while preserving each brand’s identity.
- Establish consistent HR policies, systems, analytics and governance across markets.
- Ensure strong labour compliance and employee relations across jurisdictions.
- Partner closely with business and operations leaders to build an agile, accountable and high-performing organisation.

Ideal Profile

- 15+ years' HR leadership experience, preferably within multi-outlet F&B;, QSR, hospitality, retail or consumer businesses.
- Proven experience managing large, geographically dispersed frontline workforces.
- Exposure to international/multi-country operations and rapid business expansion strongly preferred.
- Commercial, hands-on and entrepreneurial — equally comfortable building strategy and executing it.
