Role Description The Political Content Writer and Research Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This position involves researching political developments, policies, and public sentiment, and transforming findings into explicit, compelling written content such as reports, briefs, articles, and campaign materials.

The role includes analyzing data and field inputs to support strategic recommendations, drafting content for multiple platforms, and ensuring messaging aligns with client objectives and political contexts.



The individual will collaborate with strategists, data analysts, and field teams, maintain documentation of research and insights, and support election and campaign projects with timely, accurate analysis and content creation.

Qualifications

- Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to gather, evaluate, and interpret political, social, and electoral data.
- Excellent writing and editing abilities, with experience in political content, policy analysis, or public affairs communication.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise narratives for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Familiarity with Indian politics, electoral processes, public policy, and current affairs.
- Proficiency with basic data tools (spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort working with quantitative and qualitative findings.
- Effective collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Political Science, Public Policy, Journalism, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in political consulting, campaign work, policy research, or media is an advantage.
