Role Description The Program Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for supporting and executing strategic programs and initiatives across the organization. In this position, the Program Executive coordinates project activities, tracks milestones, and ensures timely delivery of program outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, retail, and technology.

The role involves preparing reports and dashboards, analyzing program performance, and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Executive also assists in stakeholder communication, documentation,



and implementation of standard operating procedures to support smooth program execution and scale.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong program and project coordination skills, including planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.

- Relevant experience in program or project execution within retail, e-commerce, customer experience or technology-driven environments is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, management, operations, or a related field is preferred.
