Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, monitor and control headcount and cost budgets.
- Track actual spending against budget and provide variance analysis and commentary.
- Support financial planning, forecasting and budgeting activities.
- Prepare and maintain management dashboards and reports covering budgets, headcount, resources, finance and T&E.;
- Maintain historical budget information, master files and financial trackers.
- Track invoices, costs and financial commitments.
- Maintain accurate data related to headcount, financials, recruitment and resources.
- Prepare monthly joiner/leaver estimates and maintain hiring trackers.
- Support resource management activities including project allocation, timesheet tracking and headcount/cost budget submissions.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for budget, financial and management reporting.
- Support hiring approval requests and track their status.
- Conduct regular meetings with senior stakeholders and provide updates on budgets, headcount and financial performance.
- Ensure actual spending remains aligned with approved budgets and highlight deviations.
- Support governance, business management and reporting requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement,



automation and reporting enhancement.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial and business reports as required.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A;, IT Finance, Business Finance, Finance PMO, IT Business Management or a similar role.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost management and financial analysis.
- Experience in headcount planning, resource management or workforce reporting.
- Strong exposure to management reporting, dashboards and financial MIS.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI is an added advantage.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within defined timelines.
- Exposure to governance, process improvement and automation.
- Prior experience in the banking / financial services industry is preferred.

Education Master's degree or equivalent qualification preferred, with a background in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related discipline.
