About the Role:-

Adarsh Sanitation is looking for an experienced Plumbing Draftsman & BOQ Engineer to handle plumbing shop drawings, quantity estimation, and BOQ preparation for commercial and residential plumbing projects.

The candidate must have practical experience in plumbing systems, AutoCAD drafting, quantity take-offs, and preparing accurate BOQs for large residential buildings and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Prepare plumbing shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare detailed BOQs and quantity take-offs for commercial and residential plumbing projects.
- Calculate quantities of pipes, fittings, valves, traps, sanitary fixtures, and other plumbing materials.
- Interpret architectural, structural, and plumbing drawings to determine material requirements.
- Prepare material schedules, quantity statements, and estimation sheets.
- Understand soil, waste, rainwater, vent, water supply, and drainage systems.
- Coordinate with the project, site, and estimation teams to resolve drawing and quantity discrepancies.
- Revise drawings and BOQs according to client comments and site requirements.
- Assist in preparing tender BOQs, quotations, and material requirement statements.




- Verify quantities against approved drawings and identify variations in project scope.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of drawings and BOQs.

Required Qualifications:-

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in plumbing drafting and BOQ preparation.
- Mandatory experience in commercial and residential plumbing projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing materials, pipe sizes, fittings, valves, and drainage systems.
- Practical experience in quantity take-offs and detailed BOQ preparation.
- Positive command of MS Excel and the ability to read architectural and plumbing drawings.

Preferred Skills:-

- Experience working on high-rise residential towers and large commercial developments.
- Knowledge of plumbing shop drawing submission procedures.
- Ability to independently prepare BOQs from drawings.
- Knowledge of tender documentation, material estimation, and quantity reconciliation.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
