Job Summary

We are looking for a Personal Well-being Guidance Executive to join a growing HappinessCue team in Gurugram. The role supports HappinessCue's non-medical personal well-being services. The person will interact with clients respectfully, understand the guidance they are seeking, coordinate with appropriate experts, manage follow-ups and help keep the experience private, clear and qualified.

Strong listening skills, maturity, empathy and appropriate professional boundaries are important. The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams. The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance.

The expected experience range is 0-4 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.



HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.
